Custom-made products are our specialty. Due to short distances and highly flexible production methods, we are able to manufacture almost any special roll or roller conveyor according to your requirements.
Spring-loaded locking castors
Spring-loaded locking castors for ladders / work platforms that sink under pressure in galvanized or stainless steel design.
Total spring pressure approx. 17 kg or 30 kg
Rubber contact rolls
Production of special rubber contact rolls according to drawings up to a diameter of 300 mm and a width of 200 mm. The rollers are optionally available with aluminum or steel body. The running pad is made of oil-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR) and is available in hardnesses of 40, 60 or 80° Shore. The running surface is smooth or grooved as required.
Turned parts
Turned parts for a variety of industrial applications in a wide range of materials. Whether gate roller V-shaped, with rectangular or semicircular profile - we manufacture according to customer requirements.
Plant rollers
Production of sturdy, completely stainless aluminum plant rolls, with center hole for drainage of residual water. The size is individually adapted to existing plant containers.
Coatings
Coatings of rollers, rolls and wheels with polyurethane, rubber and food grade coating (FDA). Also available are molded parts, sheets and blanks in polyurethane and rubber.
