1 General
The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC's") apply to all orders of goods through the online store, accessible at www.hufa-rollen.ch. Changes of the AGB's are at any time reserved.
Conditions that deviate from these GTC's by the customer will not be recognized. Exceptions are only valid if Hufa-Rollen AG has agreed to these conditions in writing.
Customer is defined as any natural or legal person who has business relations with Hufa-Rollen AG.
Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, unless another delivery address is agreed individually.
The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places his order via the online store, by telephone, fax or e-mail. The arrival of the order in the case of an online order is indicated to the customer by means of an automatically generated order confirmation by e-mail. The receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not contain a promise that the product is actually available or can be delivered. It merely indicates to the customer that the submitted order has arrived and thus the contract has been concluded, which is subject to the resolutory condition of non-delivery.

Minor deviations in color and changes compared to our illustrations or descriptions are possible.
3 Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of value added tax.
Prices may be changed at any time and without prior notice. Technical changes, errors, typographical and printing errors are reserved.
Shipping costs may be incurred in accordance with our shipping conditions.
4 Payment
The customer agrees to pay with the payment options provided by Hufa-Rollen AG. The current payment options and payment method fees are shown in detail in the order process.
In the case of payment by credit card or other instant means of payment, the charge will be made when the order is placed.
5 Default of payment
If the customer does not meet its payment obligations in whole or in part, the customer is immediately and without reminder in default with all outstanding amounts owed. In case of non-compliance with the payment conditions or default of payment, all open orders and deliveries will be stopped.
Hufa-Rollen AG reserves the right to charge interest on arrears. In addition, Hufa-Rollen AG reserves the right to pass on collection procedures to a collection agency to be determined. In the case of transfer to a collection agency, further costs may be incurred by the customer.
6 Deliveries
Binding delivery dates are not agreed.
Orders are usually delivered within 1 - 5 working days. The customer undertakes to make the necessary arrangements for the acceptance of the goods. The customer shall bear the costs incurred in the absence of such arrangements.
If an item is not available, the customer will be informed immediately via e-mail about the expected delivery date.
Shipping costs for deliveries within Switzerland are calculated as follows:

- Items that are over 1 meter long or too heavy to be shipped by Swiss Post must be shipped by carrier. These costs will be communicated to you in the order confirmation, they depend on the type and quantity of the articles.
7 Retention of title
Products delivered to the customer remain the property of Hufa-Rollen AG until full payment of the purchase price.
8 Exchange and return
If a product does not meet the customer's expectations and the customer wishes to return the goods, we ask him to contact us before arranging a return or return. Products can usually be returned within 14 days.
Custom-made products and goods that we do not carry in our stock range cannot be returned.
9 Returns
Returns will only be accepted by us if they have been sufficiently stamped. The customer bears the costs for the return.

10 Warranty
The customer the right to report any defects within 8 days after delivery.
For damage caused by transport, we disclaim any liability. If the customer finds damage to packaging or contents, it is up to him to report this immediately upon receipt to the delivery service (post, etc.).
Changes made by the manufacturer to his product or to the packaging do not constitute a defect. In addition, the customer forfeits any rights for defects in case of improper use of the goods.
11 Data security
Suitable security technology is used to protect customer data against unauthorized processing. However, no liability can be assumed for the security of data transmitted via the Internet. The transmission of data is not encrypted.
12 Liability
Hufa-Rollen AG makes every reasonable effort to ensure the reliability of the information presented. However, no guarantee is given for the correctness, reliability or completeness of the information contained on the website.
13 Law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Hufa-Rollen AG.
